Summer Kiss

1 ½ oz. Grey Goose Pear Vodka
3 ½ oz. Pineapple juice
Splash of Cranberry juice

Method: Combine ingredients over ice in shaker, shake and pour into glass over fresh ice; garnish with cherry

In the fine epicurean tradition of France, essence of Anjou pears is artistically blended with the world’s finest vodka to create La Poire; light, smooth taste and abundant sweet aroma of fresh pears. Paired here with pineapple juice and a splash of cranberry for tartness, it makes a refreshing cocktail for hot summer days.

Sweet Tea

1 1/2oz. Bulleit Bourbon
½ oz. Cointreau
1 oz. sour mix
Top with cola

Method: Combine Bourbon, Cointreau, and sour mix in ice shaker, shake and pour into glass over fresh ice. Top with cola; garnish with lemon wedge

In the south it is summer tradition to sit on the porch and sip bourbon and cold iced tea. Here at faces & names our oversized windows and doors are opened in the front and our AC is powering our lounge so you can enjoy this bourbon beverage wherever you are most comfortable.

Heat of Summer

1 ½ oz. Jack Fire
1/2 oz. Chambord
1 oz. Sour mix
Top off with Blue Moon

Method: Stir Jack Fire, Chambord and sour mix in Hurricane glass. Top with Blue Moon; garnish with orange wedge

There is a slightly more pronounced whiskey flavor with the Tennessee Fire, and the cinnamon flavor delivers more heat than sweet making it a great spirit for cocktails. Blue Moon cuts through balances this interesting combination of heat, sweet, and sour.

Paloma

2oz. Avion Silver
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
Top with Grapefruit Soda
Lime wedge garnish

Method: Combine the tequila, lime juice, in a high ball glass. Add ice and top off with grapefruit soda. Stir gently and garnish with lime.

For a refreshing, thirst quenching cocktail, the Paloma is definitely at the top of the list and it’s a favorite in Mexico. It’s a light, fruity drink with a great fizz and one of the smoothest tequila drinks out there.
